Red Roof Inn Florence, SC

I've been here more than a few times on my travels. Excellent for the price!! No bells or whistles. (we got a room with no fridge or microwave, but they do have them in the more expensive rooms) Just needed a bed to sleep in and a shower to wash up. Families checking in and the night was peaceful, so it was perfect for us. For less than a hundred bucks a night, you can't beat it. And the ppl who run it work very hard to keep it clean and affordable.

We stayed here overnight on our drive down to the beach. The office staff member, Tee, was very helpful and polite. The main lobby and breakfast area were clean and each table had a positive affirmation on it like, "you're amazing". Our room had new vinyl planking floor, two comfortable beds and a very clean redone bathroom. The shower had excellent water pressure. The AC unit in our room worked great. Also, they had a pack-n-play for our baby to sleep in. I highly recommend this hotel for the price, fantastic staff and nice rooms.

Out of every place that me and my husband stayed in a hotel, this is one of the best. Best in terms of security reasons, we parked our truck at the parking space while at night time some people dared to steal something from our truck and gratefully, one of their staffs went out and tried to warn them and will call cops. So kudos to that Black lady, I love her. Secondly, they are so friendly, During breakfast the lady who was on duty that time was making a conversation and she was very kind and helpfull. And lastly, the room was very cleaned, from bathroom, bedsheets and floor. They are Very accommodating and will help you in every way they can. Very highly recommended. Oh and by the way, they invited all of their guess to have a free meals during the memorial day which is so awesome.

On the road all day and night, pulled in and was greeted by a very friendly and wonder person at the front desk. They were waiting for us and we were checked in very quickly and in our room. Very clean and comfortable with a great shower. At checkout the staff was attentive and made us feel valued as guests.

These folks proved that a budget motel can still be run well. The room I was given was clean and properly stocked, I didn't notice any cleanliness issues or bugs like some other reviews. There was some partying going on because it was race weekend but nothing that would disturb most people, kind of fun actually. I got the feeling that owners/staff truly cared and did the best they could to please everybody. Breakfast was as good as ANY motel that I have ever had. Well done folks

I’d love to travel back through and stay here again. All people apart of the staff are polite and pleasant, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, the pillows are plump, and they have breakfast in the A.M with an almond milk alternative for the fresh coffee or cereal you may want to reach for! The overall stay was really pleasant. Stayed for two nights. They are pet friendly and have a cute dog bowl in the lobby and have a list of items handy if you’ve forgotten any necessities even for pets and the babies! Also, the gas stations, stores and restaurants are close by! Really great overall stay. Great job you all!

This hotel has recently been remodeled and what a great job! Everything was so clean and new! The bed linens were soft and comfortable. I love the little reading light attached by the bed. Great breakfast. Another added feature was the desk space near the front office with a computer and printer. Beautiful indoor pool. More importantly, front desk, Nicole was a gem! She was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Everything works and rooms seem recently renovated or just well kept. Very comfortable beds, i usually do not notice that small stuff, but this combination of heavy blanket and soft bed was so comfortable that i did notice it and didnt want to get up in the morning. No bugs or other insects. At least i didnt see any. Over all really good experience. And even bath soap smelled good. I guess attention to those little details makes a whole a lot better picture. If youre in town this is one safe and decent place to stay.
